I have the same problem...it is pretty depressing. I like the suggestions in the responses, i.e. to measure instead of just weighing in. Perhaps that does make a difference. I think if you are doing all that walking, it has to be making you stronger so even if the weight is not coming off yet, it will!

Hi Bonnie, I know its depressing to be really trying and not losing weight but have you measured yourself. Sometimes you dont lose weight but you lose inches, do your clothes feel any looser. Keep going it will happen, sometimes it can take about six weeks to see a change. It's worth sticking with.

I'm with you Bonnie, I just finished week 3 and I think I actually gained a pound :(. I've seen other posts and this seems pretty common. Some people have mentioned eating more protein to help and using measurments instead of weight. I'm hoping week 4 is the turning point, for all of us!
hello, i am in week 3 now, with sore knees too ... but the scale is not moving ! my calf's are so tight u can bounce a dime off them. We are house hunting now, which means eating on the run , between homes .. but during the week , i try to stay on track .. will this fat ever drop off ??
i was told , i had to increase my activity , because i walk daily 2 miles easy now, living in paris .. but my fat is still glued to my backside !
