I would repeat.
Life IS Good!!
So I completed week 2 a couple of weeks back (5/16) and was doing great. Unfortunately I came down with a bad cold all of last week that forced me to take a little over a week off from training. By last Friday I was finally feeling good enough to start training again (week 3 day 1) and was able to get through the 30 minutes, although I didn't run as well as I was before getting sick. I just completed day 2 today, but I'm still not running as well as I hoped.
So my question is, should I repeat week 3 again until I feel that my body is responding good enough before going onto week 4? What have other people done after taking a week off due to being sick?
