My team email stated:
"This week, you'll add 5 more minutes to your training sessions, picking up the pace so that you run one minute longer (per interval) than last week."
Week 2 had 2 minutes of jogging and so does Week 3. By saying that I would run "one minute longer (per interval)", I expected to walk 2 and jog 3.
Instead, the program added an extra interval, increasing the workout duration from 25 minutes to 30 minutes.
Am I supposed to increase from 25 to 30 minutes AND run faster on the jog session?
Am I confused or is the email incorrect?
