I was so sore from week 2 that I couldnt begin week 3 as planned.
I did Zumba class this morning and seemed to loosen up.....
so I did it a few minutes ago
I feel awesome!

Carve out what is most important to you first, then allocate your day to others! I promise you and they will be better for this decision!!

I made quite the accomplishment today. I went out and did my run when the weather outside was less than favorable to say the least. It was cold, windy and drizzling; but I went and did it and to tell you the truth it wasn't bad. I warmed up quickly after starting my running interval and the drizzle didn't really bother me. This is awesome, inclement weather will no longer stand in my way!! emoticon

Challenges are what makes life interesting, overcoming them is what makes it meaningful.
