I went on my own (usually I try to persuade DH to go with me) and it went well for the first 4 bits - but did only one minute of the last 5th lap. Now I am ANGRY with me. I should have stayed in there and finished it! Today is cross training - either biking or elliptical. But I am aready feeling so much better! Why can't that motivate me to go out and do it? Rather, I always need to pep-talk myself for the run still...
