Athena, that's interesting.

I do know that being in the pool--especially exercising in the pool can relieve swelling in the legs. I wonder if it could be helping you in that way. :)

When I started this program I was nervous about my ankle, as I have twisted it many times and as a result it is weak. About a year ago I had physical therapy for it, as it and my leg would go numb from exercise. Surprisingly, the ankle felt fine the first two weeks and most of week three. But now it is killing me! I realized that the first two weeks, I swam on my other work out days. However, this week-due to a sick kid and rearranging my work schedule I didn't get to swim and instead did two days of video workout.

I think being on my feet for six days of exercise really got to my ankle! This next week I am going to ride my bike and swim on my opposite days of this program and hope my ankle settles down! Just thought I'd share in case anyone had a similar problem and wanted to share in my light bulb moment or if anyone had any other suggestions.
