I made it today! yea.....it feels SO good when I'm done. Cramped up a bit but it was mostly when I went from the run back to walking for about the first minute or so. Started with a banana and of course plenty of water before.
Thanks for the tip.
Maybe try eating a banana before your run for the potassium?
Or take a few seconds here and there to stretch during the run?

Anyone have any suggestions for relieving calf cramps? First day of week 3, did fine with week 2 but developed cramps with the second 2 min run and had trouble the rest of the time. Finished the full 30 min but was not able to run all of the time. Had to do a couple of 1 min runs. I'll try again later today or tomorrow.
