Congrats on finishing week 3! I just finished it myself and I'm a little intimidated looking at week 4. How did it go for you?

You can do it! And the weight training program is an added benefit so keep at that too!
If the run feels real hard, slow it down.

I finished week 3 day 3 this morning followed by a hard strong weight training circuit. Today's run was the hardest I have had so far with the program and I did not think it would be. I am already scaring myself with thoughts of running 3 min in week 4. Saturday will be the first day of week 4. I am very happy and proud of what I have done so far and I am very excited of what my future has ahead, guess I will run into the future to find out. Thanks for the great team support.
