The training is getting easier. Completed a 2.2 mile walk/run in 38 minutes. I ran 5.0 and 4.0. There is a difference in treadmills ( oh well ...stop whinning). I will increase run at 5.5 and walk stay at 4.0. My goal is get up to 2.5 miles Monday, in 32 minutes. HHHHHHhhhhhmmmmmmmmmmm.
