Follow the training plan below on any three days this week, preferably spacing your walks throughout the week.
Day 1: Walk for 3 minutes, then jog for 2 minute. Repeat 5 more times. (Total workout time: 30 minutes)
Day 2: Walk for 3 minutes, then jog for 2 minute. Repeat 5 more times. (Total workout time: 30 minutes)
Day 3: Walk for 3 minutes, then jog for 2 minute. Repeat 5 more times. (Total workout time: 30 minutes)
