Just got in from my first run of week two! I have to say it was nice to go from Friday, where I was happily running along for a minute, to today where I'm huffing and puffing again! I actually brought my boyfriend along on Friday, and felt bad because he was so winded. Amazing to think that only 6 days earlier I was in the same boat as him. I love how fast the body can adapt to changes you impose upon it. I was never a runner in school, most dreaded part of gym class. However, these days I'm really starting to enjoy it. It's not run in a circle for 5 minutes, it's create goals, set challenges, meet those goals, and become a stronger person in the end! I love it!
