Try jogging slower, maybe just a bouncy walk until you can go the whole minute. I don't run fast at all, just jog very slowly.
I'm repeating week 2, because I didn't get out 3 times last week. I know that I can go the 2 minutes of jogging, but I don't want to push it and get hurt.
