Yesterday I did day 1 for week 2. It was harder than I thought it would be but I did. It felt so good. I loved the way I felt after it was done. I didn't jog fast but was able to jog the whole time. I am not trying to break records just get healthy and this is a fun way to do it. I have always wanted to be a runner

I just noticed that I did complete week 3. I was walking 3 min and jogging 2 minutes, so I actually did week 3 twice and skipped week 2. Now on to week 4 :o)

I would say to just keep walking and trying to slow run at different intervals. Don't even worry about the program right now. Spend a month just going for a walk and throwing in some sporatic running for 30 seconds or so.
Build up.

Angie:

Try jogging slower, maybe just a bouncy walk until you can go the whole minute. I don't run fast at all, just jog very slowly.

I'm repeating week 2, because I didn't get out 3 times last week. I know that I can go the 2 minutes of jogging, but I don't want to push it and get hurt.

I think week 2 will be repeated next week. I wasn't able to workout, so I will do that this weekend and just continue with week 2 until next weekend. Not a big deal, I have plenty of time before the scheduled race.

I won't be able to walk/jog today, I'm prepping for a procedure tomorrow, and I can't eat solid food. I know if I work out, that I will be starving and apple juice is not going to fill me up. I'm hoping that Friday night will be clear again, and I can workout then.
