Yesterday I did day 1 for week 2. It was harder than I thought it would be but I did. It felt so good. I loved the way I felt after it was done. I didn't jog fast but was able to jog the whole time. I am not trying to break records just get healthy and this is a fun way to do it. I have always wanted to be a runner
Janine upstate NY March Goals: 1.have a green smoothie every day 2. exercise 10 min 6x a week and 10,000 steps 3. do 2 strength training a week 4.Bible time everyday 5. have 1 or less sweet a day
I would say to just keep walking and trying to slow run at different intervals. Don't even worry about the program right now. Spend a month just going for a walk and throwing in some sporatic running for 30 seconds or so. Build up.
HELP! Is it possible that some people can't run? I started this program 4 weeks ago, and I should be on week 4 and I am still on week 1...I go to week 2 and I feel like I am going to pass out, my doctor gave me the ok for the program...help! Any ideas!
I think week 2 will be repeated next week. I wasn't able to workout, so I will do that this weekend and just continue with week 2 until next weekend. Not a big deal, I have plenty of time before the scheduled race.
I won't be able to walk/jog today, I'm prepping for a procedure tomorrow, and I can't eat solid food. I know if I work out, that I will be starving and apple juice is not going to fill me up. I'm hoping that Friday night will be clear again, and I can workout then.
