I tried this and slowed down my jogging pace to 5 mph and it worked!! I didn't have to stop once and felt so much better! Thank so much to you and everybody for y'alls advice!

I don't know about the burning leg part, but maybe doing some strength training will help with that.

I agree with last comment. You probably need to learn to pace yourself. We tend to run faster at the beginning because we can but it does mean you won't be able to last as long. Try slowing down and seeing what happens, Either way, you are still making progress even if you do have to stop for a minute!

I just finished day 1 week 2, and after running for 2 minutes each time I had to stop for about 30 seconds to a minute. Is this bad?
