Stupid asthma! I walk/ran the last day of week two today, but every time I started the run/jog part I had an asthma attack so it took me 27 minutes to complete the mile.. frustrating. I cant wait until I have the Bronchial Thermoplasty! Then no more wheezing, and this will be a lot easier!

Great job, LosingLemons! This was the end of my second week, too, and it was hard to believe that I could run for twice as long as I had the week before without dropping in my tracks. ;) Granted, it was only two minutes before having to walk/recover, but that's a 100% improvement!
Are you signed up for a 5k run? Mine's on June 2nd, raising money for the Brain Tumour Foundation of Canada.
Know that you're not alone out there walk/running and increasing your run time each week. Be proud, girl! We can do this!
That's fantastic! I agree with the PP, no one ever worked out and said "boy I wish I hadn't done that". My favorite part about running is the feeling when I'm done, I'm so elated and proud that I did it, cause it wasn't easy, but I DID IT! Great job!

I just finished week 2 this morning. This week started out a little rough, but by the time I completed my walk/run this morning, it seemed a lot easier! I am glad to see week 3 is similar, but just adding on one more leg to the route.
I consistently walk/ran a 15 minute mile, going 1.7 miles in 25 minutes.
There were several times this week where I thought "Oh, I'll do it tomorrow..." and made myself do it anyway. I really wanted to quit this week, but I pushed through it and made. I'm really proud of myself.
