After week 1, the first day for this week was torture. I was sore. But i kept going and finished. I took a couple days off and then finished the week. I am actually starting to enjoy going to the gym. It more of an "I want" instead of and "i need" now :)
I was actually surprised at my progree in just 1 week. By the last day and the last running interval, i wanted to push myself so I ran longer than needed. A whole 2 minutes longer!! I couldnt believe it. Now i have a head start on week 3.
I also shortened my mile time from 19.58 to 17.27. These little changes are making me happy
The only thing i need to work on is cross training. I like to use the eliptical or the bike but by the time i finish on the tredmil i am out of time. I am so busy with nursing school. But st least im making time to run :) 5k in 42 days!
