Was a bit intimidated by the thought of a 2 minutes run interval but managed it today as I started week 2 of training. When I look ahead at the training schedule I can be even more intimidated as this is my first 5 km run. But I'll keep focussed one week at a time and see how it goes. emoticon

Yes the program is definitely tough, I know I've had to repeat a few weeks on here, so don't feel bad if you don't feel ready to move to the next week.

This week was really hard, and a little discouraging when I thinking about having to run for more than 2 minutes straight. But I'm pressing on to week 3! Since it's the same intervals, just longer, hopefully I will build up enough endurance to continue moving on.
