Definitely rest it for a few days since you don't want to make it worse. Putting some ice on it might help too.

So yesterday I strained a muscle behind my leg jogging. Its uncomftrable to put my weight on the swelling is gone but the slight pain is makeing it difficult to walk around any advice?

You never know how strong you are till being strong is the only option left.
