I got through Week 2 Day 1 last night! It was def more of a challenge than Week 1, but I still didn't feel like I was going to die. I was breathing heavier, and I had to talk myself through the last 30 seconds of each 2 minute run, but when I was done I felt so excited!
I'm so proud of myself for finding a plan and sticking to it. I really enjoy this running program so far. I can't wait to get through all 8 weeks and actually be able to run a 5K!
I'm participating in a 5k on Saturday (because I swore I would train months ago), but I will likely be walking most of it. Still, at least I'm getting out there!
