Week 2 (walk 3 min / jog 2 min *5) was rough for me. During this week I was only able to job for the full 2 minutes twice during the training. The other times I was only able to go 1-1.5 minutes. Frustrating, but I did make some progress from the beginning to the end of the week, so I guess that's a good thing!
