I'm doing my first day of week 2 tonight. I'm a little intimidated at doubling the amount of running, but 1 minute was pretty easy for me, so I think that this push will be good.

Yikes .. .this was hard for me. I was huffing and puffing the entire time, but I managed to get through all the intervals, I just need to increase my breathing capabilities.
