Week 2 day 2 done.. looking forward to the 3rd run tomorrow.. still cant believe i will be able to run 30 mins or 5k at the end of the program.. :)

Day 2 of week 2, felt good to run today. My knee did not hurt. I guess I am getting in to the grove of it.

My tracker shows what I have lost on the Every Other Day Diet this year, I have lost well over 40 pounds since joining Spark People.

Great Job!!! I loved week two also. I found myself running a little longer on the intervals. It is amazing that after the first interval it seems easier. I guess your body gets into a groove.

Week two is done and it has been a good week. I managed to run the routine 4 times this week which was good. I feel better about my knee issues since I started wearing the brace when I run. Looking forward to week 3!
