I couldn't do it either. I decided I would do a week of a mid-range option -- with a 90 second jog and a 2-1/2 minute walk, for the intervals. When I am comfortable with that, I will move to the two minute jog.
I've decided that I need to be comfortable (ie able to breathe) doing the program -- and since it is "Your Way" I will modify it to make it work for me -- even if it takes more weeks.
