Me too. I don't think I could do 2 minutes yet so am aiming for 1.5 min too. Hadn't thought about an extra interval - good idea!
Has anyone else had trouble making the transition from week 1 to week 2? I had no problem at all with week 1, but suddenly DOUBLING the time spent running was more than my body was ready for. I just feel like it was too much, too soon. I don't want to repeat week 1, because that felt too easy by the last day, but I had trouble breathing if I pushed myself to the full 2 minutes of each interval [which I only managed once]. Instead, I cut back to 1.5 minutes each interval [and did an extra interval], so I'm still running the same amount of time, just in smaller segments [but still longer than last week]. I think I'm going to stick with this for the week and then move onto the proper week 2 next week.
