I have a cheap watch from walmart ($10) that has a stop watch on it. I just start it at the beginning and then look at it periodicly. I get real good at knowing about how long I go in a certain time. I also do games with my head where I look and then do a mental count to see if I can match up the watch.


The more you step out of your comfort zone, the larger it gets.

I have not been timimg my intervals of jogging/walking...how imperative is it?
How are you all timing your intervals when you run outside?
