Yep, this is just what I did. I didn't think I was ready for week 2, so I did week 1 (all three days) three times before I moved to Week 2. Now I have done day 1 of week 2 twice. I try to think of this like a game of golf--I'm only measuring my progress against myself. I don't have to feel like I have to do this all at once.
So you just keep doing what feels good to you, and you will know when you're able to move on to the next challenge. Think of how proud you'll feel when you get there, and then when you move on to the next one!!

Thank you! I actually managed a hybrid week 2-3 last night. I did 3 min walking and 3 running, but could only handle 5 reps. I figure I need a little more buildup to get to week 3. At least I'm doing it though, it can only go up from here!
I fell off the wagon last week and only got in 2 days. It was pretty tough though so I figured I would repeat week 2. Maybe a few extra days of week 2 will have me more ready for week 3 (fingers crossed). My legs are feeling heavy, but overall not too bad. The bottoms of my feet sometimes hurt with walking so I'm feeling pretty good about lasting this long! Congrats to everyone on week 2 and for those blazing forward to week 3!
