Yep, this is just what I did. I didn't think I was ready for week 2, so I did week 1 (all three days) three times before I moved to Week 2. Now I have done day 1 of week 2 twice.
I try to think of this like a game of golf--I'm only measuring my progress against myself. I don't have to feel like I have to do this all at once.
So you just keep doing what feels good to you, and you will know when you're able to move on to the next challenge. Think of how proud you'll feel when you get there, and then when you move on to the next one!!
