Did week 2 day one today all went well did not over run but did my full 4.17 miles that I have been doing this month. I love to walk. I also took an extra hour long walk with my hubby before lunch. Felt good but my feet are a liitle tired now, no more walking today.
It doesn't matter how slowly you go as long as you do not stop.
Exercise : you don't have time not to.
Be wise in the use of time. The question in life is not how much time do we have. The question is what shall we do with it.
