I agree, the difference between W1 & W2 was huge, for me anyways! Although I really surprised myself on tuesday...I can a half-mile in about 5-6 minutes...WITHOUT STOPPING!! Woo Hoo!
I don't have anyone to train with, I've been going solo on my treadmill mostly. Tried going outside with my husband riding my bicycle & telling me when to jog and when to walk...TOO STRESSFUL! I had too much anxiety for some reason, so I didn't perform as well as I had hoped. However, last week I joined an afterschool club with my 4th grade daughter, called "Love 2 Run". They meet twice a week and run, to train for a local 5K coming up the end of May. The first session, I ran about 1/3 mile before I had to stop. The second session, we didn't go because my daughter was sick. The 3rd session was tuesday where I jogged a half mile (we're supposed to be able to jog a full mile, but I'm not there yet!) Today is our 4th session, so I'm anxiously excited to see if I can do it again, or maybe even go farther this time?!!

I was unable to do my first training of week 2 monday as I was suppose to, and I can't do it on tuesdays, so I planned on doing it tonight.
For about 4-5 we're having rain and cold weather here but this afternoon TA-DA, the sun was back up to help me enjoy my run.
Boy was it hard!!! I feel there is a big difference between week 1 and week 2. Since I want to stick with my schedule, I will do D2 friday and D3 saturday, even if I'm not suppose to do 2 days in a row.
And next week, I'm gonna try running with a friend. I'm not sure I will like it, but who knows?
