I was unable to do my first training of week 2 monday as I was suppose to, and I can't do it on tuesdays, so I planned on doing it tonight.
For about 4-5 we're having rain and cold weather here but this afternoon TA-DA, the sun was back up to help me enjoy my run.
Boy was it hard!!! I feel there is a big difference between week 1 and week 2. Since I want to stick with my schedule, I will do D2 friday and D3 saturday, even if I'm not suppose to do 2 days in a row.
And next week, I'm gonna try running with a friend. I'm not sure I will like it, but who knows?
