I am so excited. It's been a week and still no knee pain. This never happens to me. Usually, I wake with it if I run the day before. I also switched up my program. Last week, I kept track of the time. This week,I created a playlist for it so that I have a fast paced song and slower pace ones mixed in. It worked pretty well. It was a little hard to build a playlist that I will only use for a week. I can't wait for the next week.
