Can you push your schedule back a day? And hope for better weather tomorrow - running Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday instead? Don't let yourself get too tied down to a specific schedule if you have the weather to contend with - it is a certainty that it will get in your way at some point. I've had to start a week on Wednesday and not finish until the following Tuesday. An extra day or two in between runs shouldn't derail your progress, as long as you keep doing the runs when you can. Right now I'm starting my second week of missed runs because my kids were sick last week and on spring break this week/- I can only run when they're at school. Though I might run at the school this week - boring/muddy run compared to my usual but at least it's running... Your bike will provide cardio and cross training, but I wouldn't try to use it to replace your 5k training.

I am supposed to do W2D1 today and it is pouring down rain. I do not have access to a treadmill, but I do have a stationary bike. Can I do the intervals on the bike and have it count? Are there any other suggestions?
