I am in week 2 and have noticed that I have been running everyday. Is this a bad thing? I still do my other cross training exercises during those days as well. I find that after I complete the program I have more energy to burn and either go longer with the program or move on to another exercise. Is this beneficial or am I sabotaging myself?
