It hurt today but I made it through
I need to stretch more
I may finish week 2 tomorrow ....Yippee!!!

Carve out what is most important to you first, then allocate your day to others! I promise you and they will be better for this decision!!

I did Week 2, Day 1 yesterday and it was pretty rough. I did make it through all of the running invervals without having to stop early. I was definitely out of my comfort zone! While it was pretty difficult and I might end up repeating Week 2, I find myself already thinking about Day 2 tomorrow. I am taking this as a good sign that I am motivated and determined to get through this plan. This is a huge deal for me whose running philosophy has mostly been - I'm not running unless someone is chasing my a$#. Lol!
