I've just failed to complete my first 2nd week session. In the last 20 seconds of my first 2 min run I felt sharp pains in my right calf and thigh. I felt like a muscle may end up being pulled if I carried on, so I stopped the session and walked home. Once back, I got on my rowing machine (which I do for part of my cool down) and did some light rowing for 15 minutes, and my lef was ok for that. Now, when stood up my right calf feels 'twingey'.
I'm thinking of doing some walking in a day or two depending on how my lef feels, then re-starting week 1 next week. I'm on a tight schedule Fri-Sun, 200 miles from home this week, so cannot make up the time.
