switched over to the 'easy way' Spark 5K program (vs. traditional C25K). So from Day 1 to Day 2 I switched from 2 min. walks and 90 sec. runs to 3 min. walks and 2 min. runs. Deleted the separate 5-min. warm-up walk as I figured 3 minutes oughtta be enough. Added a 3-min. cool-down walk at the end.
I also determined that some of my songs are too slow, both walk and run paces. Need to edit my playlist a bit. Plus, frankly, I'm tired of some of those songs. Need fresh!
