I'm glad to hear that someone else was doing the jogging part at around what I was using, which is 4.5. I felt that for the first day I might die if I was doing it on 5.5 as I had been on week one. :) I felt really good at 4.5 and was hoping that it was fast enough to count. Hopefully I'll increase in speed soon! Congrats on everyone else who made it through the first workout!
Completed Day 1 of Week 2 today, outside ( I miss treadmills). It was tough, but I'm impressed and thankful I made it through. The last two intervals were the hardest, but I talked myself through it. Good job everyone! and me
When I saw that this week was 3 mins of walking & 2 of jogging I was thinking Yikes but got through it. Did 6 intervals but slowed down my running speed from 5 to 4.4. Was surprised that I was able to get through this without collapsing LOL! Maybe there's hope for me yet!

Did Day 1 Week 2 today. Supposed to do 5 sets of 3-min walk/2-min jog but #1, I only did 4 sets, #2, I usually just managed to jog about 1 minute 10s, only managed 1 min 30s in one set and #3, I felt aches at my right side and back so I thought it's better for me to stop!

I'm impressed! I just completed Week 2, Day 1 and OUCH! I got through all of the intervals on the treadmill without keeling over. I also earned a big ole blister smack on the bottom of my right heel! Got through the last two intervals by promising myself that this gets easier. :)
Yesterday was Day 1 of Week 2. Started off faster than I should have and wanted to bail but stuck with it. Also for Week 1 Day 3 I didn't complete that. I had started this on a Wednesday and had to loose a day but that is okay!

Just did this today. Made it through the first 4 sets pretty good, but that last jogging interval was a tough one. I pushed through and completed it, though. I felt so proud of myself afterwards. On my way home from the track, I even jogged a block up a slight incline. Surprisingly, it wasn't as hard as I figured it'd be. I may try for more on Wednesday.
I have done week 2 day 1 workout yesterday. Never thought that I would be able to make the 2 minute run, but did them all! Was out of breath in the end in spite of running slow. But my husband was there with me all the way and that helped me not to quit.
