I have just completed day 3 of week 2. I was amazed that I could actually jog for 2 minutes without too much of a problem or pain. I feel great now and finding more energy everyday. I am however very mindful of little ankle and knee pains. This is what caused me problems years ago.
I am a different man today because of SP. I loving life and am able to do things that I haven't been able to do for over 30 years. Everything is better and I do mean everything!
