Okay. Day One of Couch to 5k has been completed (as of Monday). I found that doing the 4 min walk and one min jog was too easy and ended up switching to 3 min walk and 2 min jog. I did the whole 3.1 miles. So, my baseline for the 5k is 50 mins. I was trying to focus on running with the correct form they told me to use during physical therapy. Easier said than done...
That being said, I'm doing Day 3 this afternoon. Do I jump forward and follow from Week 2, Day 3 or do I still consider myself on Week 1, Day 3?
