I love to run. I'm not that great at it (I can only run on a TM at this point). I'm not that fast (6.0 today during the running portions). My form probably isn't that good. But I LOVE to run. It feels so (and cleansing and healing. It really is therapy.
I don't like the tracker, but I've managed to edit enough to track the actual amount of calories I burned and time I spent working out.
Thinking I will do this program once (inside, on a TM) then again outside. Hoping that all the training will get me prepared for a full run (no walking) 5K by spring or summer.
