Awesome! I can understand not wanting to go out at night alone.

Great progress! I love the feeling when I am able to run past the times when the week before I was dying!! I was able to do a full 20 minute run last week, I went back to interval running 2x this week with intervals ranging from 5-10 minutes and tomorrow will do a 25 minute run. I hope to get to 2 miles in 25 minutes.
If I can do this, then anyone can!
It's really hard to suck in your back fat.
Walked/ jogged 48 minutes today did 4 intervals of walking for about 4 minutes and jogging for 1-2 minutes then finished the rest of the time off with walking. I did this outside today but my endurance is up since I was able to run about 2 mins the 3rd interval. I am feeling pretty good right now but I need to change my times to train as right now I am doing at night (more relaxing too me) but my husband cant keep up with me and I wore my dog out tonight lol and I don't want to train at night alone. Tomorrow I think I am going to go swimming for my cross training :)
