I did day 1 week 1 yesterday and it was tiring to keep up the energy when walking on the last stretch but I did it!

I did my first day yesterday I had to use a tredmill since it ws raining outside when I got home from work. I had some trouble with keeping up the running for a 1 minute but I did make it and by the 3rd interval I actually ran for about 1.5 mins :). Little steps toward the end goal.
