Finished Week 1! (had to run in the rain), but I did it. emoticon I was a bit sore in my knees after the first day, but less after the second, so on we go to Week 2. I signed up for a race in mid-April, so I don't want to get behind. It seems a stretch that I'll be able to run the whole thing without stopping, but we'll see. I figure next week will be harder....but I'm determined to do it!

I have also finished week one. Starting week two tomorrow.

I'm not super experienced, but my hips hurt a bit, too, especially the first day. I stretch them really well and each day they bothered me less and less and I am never sore the next day. So that tells me that it's just my muscles are weak, versus any joint problem.

just finsh week 1 feel good

i'm not sure if i need to start week 2 or repeat week 1 .to get use to running, legs and hip hurt a little after i'm done.any opinions

I'm on my way and I can do it one day at a time.

Well, I finished the first week of training today. I had to drag myself out for the jog this morning, but I'm glad I did it :) It was cold and rainy, but that's okay, because at least I went out. Start of week 2 on monday. Bring it on!
