Day 2 was better than the first...thank god! My schedule with school right now is crazy, but i still try and fit in my workouts when I can. So my second training day ended up falling the next day directly after the first. I wasn't sore so I didn't mind. I actually enjoyed this day more because I had a better idea of what to expect. The runs seemed easier and I actually completed them all this time! I was still gasping for air and chugging water tho... Later that day, I was getting sore and the next day I was VERY sore and it was torture. Every muscle hurt, especially my legs. It was painful to sit, stand, walk, and climb stairs. I took a day completely off to rest, just made sure my diet was spot on! Any tips for sore muscles? or how to avoid it? I stretched, have good running shoes, drank plenty of water before and after.
