Yesterday was such a LONG day. Left the house at 6:30 am, got home at 9 pm. Had my gym clothes in my car all day thinking I would get a chance to go for my run on one of our breaks, but of course we fell behind & ended up with no breaks long enough to sneak off-site for any amount of time. I was totally exhausted when I got home and I knew I would be down for the count if I stopped for even five minutes. So I hauled my butt to the gym, ran my week 1 day 2, and THEN went home & collapsed. I am posting this here to remind myself that "I'm just so tired!" is no longer an excuse. Get through it, get it done, or end up stuck in the same place. Remember that, future self!!!
