I did week one three times. It was just right for me and my body. I think that if you are struggling with it go ahead and do week 1 twice. It's better to go slow and not hurt yourself.

I just finished day 3 of week 1. Wow, it was almost harder for me to get through today than it was for the first day. I'm thinking I'm going to repeat week 1 before I move on...have any of you done this and do you feel week 2 wasn't as difficult after repeating week 1?
