emoticon Girl, I completed my day one yesterday! It felt so good after the fact!!! LOL! MY body was happy afterwards but it was a push and I did it. I just hope my treadmill holds out b/c this weather is awful!!! Let's get her done!! emoticon emoticon

Whew! Finished my first day of the program and I'm still sweating! I've been walking almost daily for the past couple of weeks but wow, throw in two minutes of running and I thought I was done halfway through. But, I pushed myself and did a mile in 20 minutes.
Cheers to everyone who completed their first day today!
