i did my last day of week one today. I found that it was alot harder for me, even after my rest day. i did find that the 2nd day was the easiest so far. i am going to try to start the 2nd week, and if I dont feel ready, then i will repeat a few days of this week :)
I'm so excited. I finished my week one. It took me a little longer than a week, but I stuck to it and finished all three days. I'm excited to see how well I can do on the 2 minute jog come Monday! Woohoo!

Today I finished the first week of the Rookie Running Program! I feel great, now I just need to make sure I stick with it for the other seven weeks. I plan on signing up for a 5k as soon as I have a source of income, and then I will definitely do it, especially since I spent money on it!
