Thanks for the advice, but I was working harder because of the wind. I wasn't trying to go faster than the other days. I used to run and haven't for a long time, but I've run half-marathons, 5ks, 10ks, and mile races in the past, so I'm used to training and I started with a walk/run training program back then, so I know that the main thing to start is just getting to the point of being able to run for 30 minutes and not in focusing on going faster. Focusing on doing too much too soon is a recipe for failure.

WTG, but you really don't need to work harder yet. Work on endurance and getting it done, not how fast you get it done.

It took some effort to get out the door, but I did it and I feel pretty good now that the first week is done! Today was tough because I was working harder on the running intervals and it was super windy, but I did it!
