I feel even better about today than the first day! But I'm a bit worried that the way week 2 is set up is a big mental leap for me from 1 minute of running to 2 minutes. Since there are 2 weeks in a row that have the same time intervals, I was thinking that instead of increasing the run interval by a minute, I'd increase each week by 30 seconds instead, so next week will be walk 3:30, run 1:30, repeat. I feel much better mentally about that increase.
