I never knew that jogging for one minute could be so hard! I've been working out pretty consistently (walking or doing Zumba) for about 2 weeks now, and running is new to me. However, I was still suprised that it was so hard to get through just ONE minute. Yikes... can't imagine flipping it and doing the job 4 minutes, walk 1 minute routine.... between the Zumba earlier this week and my day 1 training I am hurting!
