Day one done. I did more then i was told to as i have been walking 3.5 miles 3 times a week. I did the 3 sets of walking 4 minutes and then walking 1 minute. I walk in my neighborhood so what i did was ran each time i crossed the street and a little beond. It felt good, looking forward to doing it again.

I did day one today!!!! Running has been extremely hard for me for years! But after I did my 20 minutes I did 10 miles on my bike and have 30 minutes of strength training and yoga later!!!! I cant wait until I can run with ease!
