Day one done. I did more then i was told to as i have been walking 3.5 miles 3 times a week. I did the 3 sets of walking 4 minutes and then walking 1 minute. I walk in my neighborhood so what i did was ran each time i crossed the street and a little beond. It felt good, looking forward to doing it again.

I have learned so much about myself from this diet and as of 3/13/2014 have lost 14 pounds so far this year just from the diet and exercise
