I did day 2 yesterday and it felt good. I walk with my spark buddie on Sundays and she walks faster then me. We are going to run this week hope she dosen't leave me in the dust.

Just checking in to say that I just finished week 1 day 2 - keeping my runs at a 10-12 min/mile pace. I was actually concerned that I wasn't at that pace because the runs seemed easy, but when I checked Endomondo when I was done, most were in the 10min/mile pace.
That's progress, people!!! :)
