Just checking in to say that I just finished week 1 day 2 - keeping my runs at a 10-12 min/mile pace. I was actually concerned that I wasn't at that pace because the runs seemed easy, but when I checked Endomondo when I was done, most were in the 10min/mile pace. That's progress, people!!! :)
